It seems that the “Instant Attraction” videos are getting a lot of things right because their methods employ a lot of research into the psychology of attraction. They spent a lot of time looking at why two different men can have such disparity in their ability to attract women, even when they are of equal attractiveness. What Mark Sing, the creator of the Instant Attraction videos, has learned is that men must employ a certain psychology and thought process to attract women easily. His method employs steps that men who attract women easily are using already, and Sing is proud of the fact that he took the time to do a lot of research on what works when trying to attract women.

The videos have been so successful that psychologists are now studying them to get better insight into male/female attraction psychology. I think that fact alone makes it pretty clear that Sing and his videos are onto something!

Experts say that body language is more than 50% of our communication. So, when you’re out meeting people, or on a first date, it’s a good idea to be able to read these body cues. Here’s a sample of what some of these positions and gestures mean.

• An asymmetrical sitting position – Sitting on the diagonal toward a person is an indication of interest. Sometimes women will cross their legs with the foot on top pointing right at the man she’s interested in.
• She licks her lips – Women often lick their lips without even realizing it when she an attractive man.

• She plays with her hair – This is one of the most common ways a woman gives away that she’s interested. Men may also smooth their hair or adjust their tie.

Pay attention to the body language you’re giving and receiving the next time you’re out. It may be much easier to figure out who is interested in you… and to let them know that you’re interested too.

Be overly flirtatious – You could also take the route of being overly flirtatious by using cheesy pick up lines and lovey dovey quotes. This way, the other person will laugh to themselves, knowing the meaning, but not really knowing if you mean it or if you don’t….mysterious person that you are.

Practice, practice, practice – Chances are good that even if you do follow this advice, you’re going to run into troubles and mess up from time to time. Instead of beating yourself up over flirting mistakes, learn from them.
