@Gabe M Hey Gabe. Just curious if you ever got anywhere with your Asian woman at that Fushun Match Across Marriage group? I'm in the same boat you were in when you asked your question. I assume you found her on chnlove right? Did you ever get in contact with the agency? I have never been able to get a phone number or address to the agency. Always takes you back to chnlove. Any success?

I have been communicating with a beautiful girl named Amy Yi from Fushun for six months on Chnlove. She caught my eye immediately and she is the only girl I have ever found online and the only one I have wrote to. I travelled to Fushun to meet her and she met me at the airport in Shenyang but it was not her, it was a lady who works at the YongBang agency posing as her. This woman's photo is actually on the Yongbang website. Her boyfriend Ryan who's photo is also there drove me back to Fushun to my hotel for 300RMB. I wanted to believe she had aged in the last "three years" since her photos were taken but on the second night I knew it was just a scam even though she was not bad looking, she was not Amy. I emailed Chnlove about it and they replied that they had sent an email to the agency to confirm or deny my suspicions. Thanks a lot Chnlove! They were supposed to call me at 7pm and never did. I will never try online dating again as I have pretty good success with local girls but I have to admit Chinese are my favorite, maybe one day. Amy if you really ever got my messages please get a hold of me.

Yes this site is a scam. The ladies are all beautiful with their salon pictures. All women are paid a percentage of the men they get to chat and buy credits to email. These women are just another form of prostitution just get paid less for their services. I have had them investigated and they send letters to men that are actually sent by the site not by the women you receive yourself. China is no different than the US. Companies here exploit those who are lonely and would like to find a companion. I have spent several thousand dollars here but no longer and do not have a single request to visit and have a meaningful relationship. The salon pictures never match the real life pictures because they have been photo enhanced and were made when they were much younger. You will save much money by taking a romance tour to a city in China if you are serious about finding a Chinese partner or keep throwing your money away. There is no site that every woman is beautiful....this should have told me something. Not every woman can be a model or be so beautiful and want a marriage with a man that is 20 years their senior. Be real!!! These girls are just trying to make a little extra money without commitment.

I believe this site is a scam. Talked to about ten different women. Gave them all my e-mail address and phone number. None used these methods. Two gave me theirs, sent some pics and e-mails none responded. They kept sending me the emf mail the one you have to pay for. Why would you pay when you can use the free e-mail system. The ten I talked through with the site all said on their profile they spoke real good English. When they sent me their admirer mail they also mentioned that. So you guys take it from there but in my mind it's a scam.

Wrong! You may have lucked out but the site is terrible. I live in China and have visited chnlove in HK and some of the agencies that they represent. One may get lucky, but a total scam to make money. I was told by one agency manager how it works. Just get a man to write, that is the goal. And I met some ladies from the site. 5 to be exact, one was married and the other 4 were paid by chnlove to use their pictures and some phony information. Stay away! If this company was in the USA they would be prosecuted for fraud!

I am an online investigator and do other intelligence work around the world....if you use Chnlove.com or Cherryblossoms.com the (Chinese section)....think again.. There is no such thing as a "Chinese Traditional Woman" in the New China guys... Now I am married to a wonderful Thai woman and a god believer...... I have been to China and they have no concept of western life. You are dealing with a country of a communist state and that dabbles with capitalism... Yes, the girls are beautiful and I know there are good women there but in dating sites??? No! You're on an emotional gamble and it can either way. Go there and find your own and save the head ache...I know I have been duped there through Cherryblossoms and almost went to meet women I met in cCB but also in many sites and social sites.

Too expensive to write this kind of letter and online chatting is worse. For all the ladies online chatting is free of charge. Just hunting US dollars for this kind of service.

    Hey Guys,

This is Rick1. I recently submitted a comment on October 6 titled "I HATE THE CREDIT SYSTEM". I just wanted to go further into detail about the women on the site. As I mentioned, some may be used as a studio ploy to get men to pay their money in order to hopefully start corresponding with their fairytale lady, but some are legitimate.

I forgot to mention that I did meet one lady that was very legitimate. She was not a super attractive woman, but I can say she was decent looking enough for me. Anyway, after about two letters we exchanged e-mail addresses. In her correspondence to me, she even agreed that the cost on ChnLove was expensive and she did not want to see me constantly paying for credits to talk through a translator when we could just communicate using our personal e-mail addresses. Makes sense to me and I thought very nice of her to point this out on her end. She did school me on the site and she said one thing to look out for is the level of English. If a woman says her English is FAIR, or even GOOD, they should be able to communicate with you after they feel comfortable with you; let's say after three letters through the agency if not more.

Anyway, the bottom line is that if you find a lady that likes you and she says in her profile her English is GOOD or even FAIR, there is no need to constantly send messages through the site. The woman who I met and told me this had indicated in her profile that her level of English was GOOD. She is a nurse and I did not seek her out, but it was one of the many admiration mails I received. I decided to contact her because unlike the others, she was just plain and simple unlike the others, but overall a decent woman and educated.

Although I communicated with her through our personal e-mails, I still attempted to find the lady of my choice on the site and based on my experiences, that is what made me decide to write the letter detailing my negativity about the site; but if you are lucky, maybe you will find somebody legitimate. Just give yourself a budget because based on what I have experienced, I still will say Red Flag, Scam and Rip Off for the most part.

    Thank you.

@faye Yes.... Do not lie and never talk to multiple online partners and you will stay out of trouble - or you maybe be here to pass off as a nice girl. But in my investigations and have been to china, you all lie and are connivers for any way or means to marry a USA or UK man.....Sorry it's the truth! Thailand women are far better and smart.., happy and they have character, truth in heart and are very traditional... Chinese say they are, but I do not think so.. Most in Liuzhou are sex workers and salon whores! Prostitution in China is very high and the factory workers have to sell that "Cat"...to feed their kids and put them in college..., I know!... that is what my ex-china girlfriend is doing I found out!

I was a member for the site ChnLove, I am Chinese hence I am bilingual, even so, all my communication had to go thru the agency...that raises a red flag? Yes, I wrote them in Chinese as well, the reason given by them,..it's more convenient, they get notified the moment my email reaches the agency,..blah blah blah, when I asked for their cell phone number,...it's like.." i rather talk more with you online 1st..etc etc b4 I give you my cell phone number.. Tried asking for their personal email...they said "I don't have a email", or even if they do, they don't, or seldom answer you back if you write to their personal email.

I bought their addresses through their agency and when I send stuff over to them, it was returned cuz no one collected it..., last but not least, I put my profile invisible and later decided to quit the site altogether,...surprisingly, a month or so later, I received new admiration letters, look, money talks BS walks, this site is all about scamming as much money from you as possible, it's true that money isn't everything when it comes to love, but question is,...are the girls on their site even real to begin with?

I came from China, I worked for Chnlove (my job is ps the ladies photos) when I was in China!!! It's full of liars......watch out........... Do not trust what they said.....such as "I like you" "you are a nice guy" liar!!! What they want is green card or your money! The ladies on Chnlove are not as beautiful as what the picture show....All the Chinese know most of them are peasants.
Watch out P608009, she worked for Chnlove, and she is totally peasant. She has a boyfriend but still can say how much she likes you...because what she wanted is green card, do not have sex with her, she has a venereal disease....

This website "Chnlove" I registered for and spent several hundred dollars in the process. I had many Chinese women I had personal admiration letters with positive responses and some that had sent their admiration letters to me. In particular this one Chinese woman caught my eye to end other conversations I had on the website. She seemed genuine at first, but lately seemed convincing that this website is rigged into a total "scam" and "rip-off." From my experience, many of the personal letters have no real feelings of care and consideration, and thus are highly impersonal. It seems each personal letter I received was more repetitions of choice phrases being shared from letters before.

Apparently I suspected this from my research, that most letters are written solely by the "translator" (as certain undesired information is not allowed to be shared). Therefore, you cannot send or receive any personal contact information without it first being checked by the "translator." I believe that what I found was fabricated by the consulting agency in Nanning/Guangxi. So avoid this particular agency if you must. If your choice woman gives you her personal email and you respond in Mandarin Chinese and she responds back (if asked the question) by saying, "I saw that I received your e-mail, but I could not understand it, until it was translated to me. I prefer that if we continue our conversations through EMF mail because my translator can exchange our letters to better understand each other." Then this is Red Flag #1. If you were to mention the "lovecall" (even once) your woman will try to pressure you in subsequent letters to make this call by saying, "it would be great if you can do a lovecall with me, that way we can hear each other with my agency translator."

This is Reg Flag #2. Reminder: never use the "lovecall," because you probably will not be speaking to the woman you are interested in (rather just something scripted). Try to arrange your own translator to meet by personal telephone call (if you can get her real number!). The final point I wanted to make here is that if you receive any personal photographs from her that differ in great detail in appearance (like I received) then I suggest you immediately run away fast! "She is probably fabricated" as you are speaking to the "translator" only. Then this is Red Flag #3. Use your own judgment in deciding about this website. I would recommend romance and dating elsewhere listed in the review comments. Best of luck!

When something is too good to be true, chances are, they are! LOL I am a Chinese and I am bilingual, needless to say I do not need any translator when writing to these ladies, I find out that whenever I wanted to communicate in private, they always said,...I prefer this method thru the agency...blah blah blah, they will sms me when your letter arrives...it's too expensive at the internet cafe. When I asked for their cell phone number? Same ol crap,...eh...I can't give that out yet, we should just continue with this method of communication, better yet, why don't we try "love call"? Oh ya,...few things these ladies will not say,..such as "I love you", "I am your girl"...etc, maybe this only happens to me, wonder if this happens to anyone else...maybe if they claim such statement,..it will really be documented proof of a fraud? LOL Let's be honest about one thing, in China, money talks and BS walks, follow the trail...

China Love is a very slick run operation. I have never been inside one of their affiliate sites, such as the local Marriage and Consulting companies in various cities, but I have noticed a trend. When I put money on my ChnLove (Qpid) account, all of a sudden, I get numerous "Admirer" emails. Up to a dozen per day, but as the account goes down, the emails slow down and then when the account is empty, the "Admirer" emails stop completely. I have spent a lot of money to prove this. I have filled my account and also let the balance go down to zero, three times... all with the exact same result.

Also, more than once, I have requested that a lady come to their office for a webcam session so I can see that she is real. At least 75% of the time, the correspondence stops before this can be made to happen.

Another strange thing is that I have received "Admirer" emails from different ladies in different cities, but the words in the email are exactly the same, in the exact same order. The only thing that is different is the name of the person that sent it. Other than that, these letters are exact duplicates... and I'm not talking about a two or three sentence letter. I'm talking about a five or six paragraph letter.

I have experienced the last year 3 cases personally of translator fraud and agency fraud. Guys please do not use the Changsha agency there is a call centre with at least 100 girls on computers acting as translators answering many emails for these girls who will rarely ever have received a letter from you. I have photos of the boss and their real business registration. There may be the odd genuine case amongst the lot but these pretty girls profiles can get up to 50 or more guys writing to them and translator is paid full time wages in china are less than 40$ a week. Just do the maths. I want this agency to be brought down, it is really corrupt. I have solid evidence if required. I don't know if best way is to set a website up and show it all but if you see that call centre you will understand.

Speaking from someone who has a lot of experience with very attractive Asian women I smell scam. The main reason is because these girls in reality are very shy and usually a little awkward especially when first meeting them. Which is the complete opposite from the whole chnlove thing, polite, respectful, shy and rarely the type to openly approach you in this fashion. It happens (if you know what you're doing) but in a shy cute way.

I have been a member on ChnLove as well for a long time and been cheated, note that there are SOME real ladies but often a bit older but the chances are quite big you end up talking with the translator instead.

Secondly the agencies behind ChnLove are to various degrees dodgy and leeching customers and make up fabricated letters, there's quite much to say about ChnLove and I would urge people to check out the following link which has become a hub on centralised scam information on ChnLove with further links to other sites with more information in the matter.

Unfortunately I discovered that link too late, but I hope it can help others from being scammed!
