    Same thing 3 day trail cancelled after 1 day since the emails did not respond. Thought it was fake. Never got a cancel code in email. Reported fraud to my bank and cancelled my credit card number!

    @Ray People, the best way to get around a site that deliberately delays cancellation which causes more funds being drawn from your credit card is to go straight to the bank and say I did not authorise this transaction. You need to fill out a form and then the monies are refunded to you. If enough people do this then the credit card companies stop the site from trading.

    I have used this on several sites that take money without authorisation or make it difficult to cancel subscriptions in time to stop the next month's payment.
