I have been a member of afrointroduction for about 3, going on 4 years. And i would like to tell about my experience i made here. In my profile it is a clear statement that i am looking for Pen pals only. Most of people reading it love my profile, but overlook that i wrote pen pal only. The fact that i wrote "married" is ignored. 75% don't read my profile, so i have to answer the same questions by window.... People from africa, west, east, north or south having often the same kind of sayings: distance, age and color does not make a difference..important is love..and i love you. Not knowing my real name..they love me! Hmmmmm, so much love !!

When i ask men, why don't you find a women in your town, the answer is:: our women here are only after money. When i ask women, why don't you find a man in your town, the answer is:: our men here are not serious. Sounds to me that there is a discrimination against each other. Here in Switzerland the percentage of divorce btw. Africans and Swiss are very high.

The country i get most of question about sending money, laptop, support is definitely ivory coast. Some chatter told me these are just pretenders, they are all Nigerians. And that is not true. These people speak French and write French and are not Nigerians! I hate when someone is blaming another country and its people.

I love Africa, was there about 26 times and i know how things are handled there. As we Europeans have our ways, Africans have theirs. And this difference of doing it different makes it interesting. I advise everyone, before getting involved with someone from another continent, get some fundamental information, basic know how of the country, culture and behavior. Without this knowledge, a partnership has little chance of surviving!

African men with the 3 letter words: “i love you” is more meant for: “i like you”. Americans when they say i love you, everyone knows how it is meant....it is said all day and means i really love you as a person. Europe, the "i love you" sentence is taken very serious and in my country only said when meant!!

I have made very good pen pals here and enjoy the discussions with them. Very seldom i get rude people. Few days ago there was jean, looked like a model, asked me to send him money to ivory coast for the ticket to France. Hahaha. And it was not an African that was scamming me for money, it was a Pakistani! The sentence:
