This site does not deserve 1 star
Just want to tell everyone just how bad this site actually is. I became a member of Click and Flirt (btw there are at least 7 sites all operated by this plc) by phone billing after a brief period of non membership mainly due to the interest my profile was getting. After joining I quickly realised that all e-mails and all chat messages were false, there are the usual Russian scammers that actually say they live in your city, there are web show scammers, and there are without shadow of a doubt false profiles created by the site itself, and also female profiles that are actually men getting on the site for free. The chatrooms are filled with false profiles and employees of the site, anyone real is usually complaining about how bad the site is. If you have looked at this site, created a profile and think you are getting a lot of attention, you are NOT, and unknown to you you have just created an account on all their other sites also.
The site crashes all the time, chat rooms constantly crash, you can expect 10 times in half an hour to be normal, another constant complaint from the paying customer. I could go on and on and on but will leave you with this. As I said I enrolled using pay by mobile, I asked for a cancelation code (an over complicated farcical process) they said I would have it in an hour. Three hours later I received it. I typed it in, didn’t work, copy and pasted it, didn’t work. Informed them about this and they then sent me a new code that did finally work. . . I received it 10 minutes after they charged me for a repeat billing. Confronting a moderator for the site about this in a chatroom got no response. Telling the moderator that he worked for a company with no morals and deserved all the abuse he was getting from the paying customer was met with the response “oh you think so” and he then swiftly banned me (and probably quite a few others at the same time) from all the chatrooms.
Customer service = 0, customer satisfaction = 0, thievery and deception = a full marks 10 out of 10. This site does not deserve 1 star.
