The site is run by one dude!
The site is now known for deleting accounts more so than it's free usage. I've never had that happen to me before but apparently the site is not as secure as we may think it is and accounts literally get hijacked by hackers all the time. Customer support won't respond because they are too ashamed to admit this so instead they try to use that corny new plug of "if you're not fit to date we delete your account" something to that affect : )
The site is run by one dude! He doesn't have any other people working for him and he's not going to pay that technician to figure out why the accounts are being hijacked and or deleted. He just wants his advertisement payments. He's probably someone just like me and you that is in front of their computer in their dorm room, or apartment but getting paid per minute.
Other than that the site is okay for a free one.
Advantages:
100% FREE to join, and contact members, the forums are active and interesting.
Disadvantages:
1. Account getting deleted for no apparent reason.
2. Seeing that it's a FREE site, the members (guys and gals) have a tendency to hold out for "Mr. or Miss. Perfect" because there is no time limit or restrictions on their membership usage, so great potentials are often overlooked because you no longer want "good, better, or best… now you want "Megan Fox" or "Brad Pitt"...that's why you see all the hot chicks and guys (with 500 members or more in favorites)and are still there 2 years later.. and older! You know it gets pathetic when you start to change your pictures so that no one recognises that you're still there!

Why bitch for something that is free and works? I met so many women i can't keep up, it's your poor attitude that set the stage from winners and the dead beats. If you can do better by all means the floor is yours looser!
Signed up a few days ago. While it is FREE, and fairly easy to use i have found that 9/10 women either out weigh me by 100 or so pounds or have more kids than I do fingers! Not that that is a bad thing, but just not what im looking for. Amazingly all the good looking women are either fake profiles or have been active in months go figure.
