12Meet is a subscriber dating site that’s available in three different languages (English, German and Dutch). The site is international though most members are located in the United States. Those looking at 12Meet might recognize the layout since it uses a dating site template from the “The Dating Lab” which also provides its services to several well known brands including “Telegraph Dating” , “Heart Dating” (from Heart FM Radio) and Encounters Dating (the UK Times newspaper).
While it’s possible to join the site for free, to create a profile, and to search for other members, contacting other people requires upgrading to a paid membership plan. Creating a good profile can take some time as there’s several different sections to fill out. You can also set preferences for your ideal match, and doing so will ensure that you receive good quality results when you use the matching search feature. You can also choose to remove matches that don’t have a profile picture. On choosing the “matches” option under the find tab, you’ll be presented with members who most closely match your preferences. A two-way match score will be displayed on their profile, which tells you how well you match their preferences. You can customize the list by removing those you don’t like and you won’t be shown their profile again.
