Ashley Madison is great for women. Women receive, by far, more emails than men. Some women I have spoken to get about 100 emails a day. I averaged about two per day, despite sending out over 20 each day to various women. Guys normally foot the bill to message the women. Chatting can be expensive and you only have 24 hours to use the minutes you've purchased. I've spent almost $200 hundred dollars already and have yet to even meet anyone. If you have a lot of money to waste it may be worth it for you. In my opinion, it is expensive and not worth it.

I am amazed that betrayal is now officially institutionalized and socially accepted as a norm of conduct. Isn't this world screwed up? WTF??

Isn't the world screwed up enough without having help from a disgraceful "dating site" in which people can look forward to having affairs. This is a disgrace to the true meaning of marriage and love between two people.

If you take a careful look at the site, you see that they don’t encourage infidelity at all and actually recommend that if you are having relationship difficulties that you should visit a councillor as a first step. This is good advice, but for many people this is not an option. I was in an abusive marriage for 9 years. I felt trapped and lonely and had almost no opportunities to meet anyone else. I rarely went out, and in my normal day to day life I had little hope of finding a better relationship prospect.

Many other dating sites actually bar those people who are married or already in a relationship - not only that, even criminally prosecuting them with fraud in some cases. So for me AM was my only escape and chance to get out of a relationship I couldn’t cope with. Sure it’s true that some people (mostly men) there are just looking for a “bit on the side”, but just take a look at any other dating site... those people are there too. That’s human nature I’m afraid...

Poor site. Customer emails are not responded to. Chats paid for in advanced are 'timed out (technical difficulties) as soon as they are started but you are still charged for the 30 minutes to an hour you already paid for. Collect messages are sent asking you to chat, but after you pay for the message, noone responds to when they are online. In fact no one responds to any collect message they send. You pay for the messages for someone who says they are interested and after the payment, nothing more is heard. Promises to be a good site but there is nothing there.

Good site for women, this site was recommended to me by a friend and I wasn’t sure at first but after signing up I found it pretty good fun. Ashley Madison is tastefully done, profiles are decent with nothing too shocking, unlike some other sites of this kind where guys just after one thing only, and who think displaying all in their profile is going to turn some woman on! It’s easy to sign up and use and best of all as a woman you can more or less use the site for free, because you can ask the other person to pay for messaging. I had a lot of responses to my profile (which wasn’t’ even that great to be honest, because I didn’t post photos). I met some very interesting men here.

I'm willing to try this as a method to meet new women.
