eVow

eVow says it is unique because it only allows people to join who are searching for a long-term relationship. Their 10-page registration form includes detailed questions about the type of relationship you are looking for, views on children, lifestyle and faith.

Please don't spend your money here! I am a member of POF and that site "The paid part" is fine. No question. The "evow" is a total rip off. I Live in Houston there are thousands of single women on Match.com and POF there is always a...

eVow

Like eHarmony, eVow is a site that will suit those looking for a long-term, committed relationship. In fact the site declares that it only allows people to join who are looking for marriage or a long-term relationship. Their registration form, which is 10-pages long, quizzes you on your intentions, beliefs and motivations for joining, and seems designed to catch out those who are not sincere about their reasons for joining.

Once you’ve gained access to the site, eVow presents a list of possible matches. These are people who may be compatible with you, based on the answers you gave in the questionnaire. Unlike eHarmony, eVow also allows you to search for other members by location, and by age. The “Meet Locals” button shows you people who live nearby, and lets you vote interest, yes, no, or maybe. Free membership on the site will give you limited access to features, allowing you to browse, send messages and flirts. Paid membership lets you see who’s interested in you, perform advanced searches, and allows you to read emails.

In summary, eVow seems to be somewhere between eHarmony and Match.com. The site’s intended aim is forming marriages, and long-term relationships, yet it also offers some fun searching and matchmaking features that put some control in the hands of members.

Please don't spend your money here! I am a member of POF and that site "The paid part" is fine. No question. The "evow" is a total rip off. I Live in Houston there are thousands of single women on Match.com and POF there is always a lot of people near my location that are on the site. On EVOW... they have profiles that stop tracking last online by "Last Month"... After only three or four people that are active. The funny part is... the active people... I SAW THEM ON POF.... I could have emailed the SAME three people on the other site without the "extra" fee.... No refunds I tried to cancel the same day I got the service. Total theft and not worth a dime....

Do not subscribe! I have received fake emails in my inbox. I know they are fake because there are not that many men on dating sites that speak English as a second language, i.e. "I will like to meet you. You are beautiful woman".

They primed me with a match that was too good to be true. Then sent fake emails to my inbox. After paid my hard earned cash, and logged in to see the emails, the profile was nowhere to be found, as if it never existed.

Please don't spend your money here!
