Victoria Milan is a dating site for married and attached people who join with the intention of cheating on their long-term partner. It’s run by a Norwegian company, and is advertised as a European site -- but actually there are people there from all over the world. Though it’s intentionally a site for people in relationships, there's also a significant proportion of single people there too, who for one reason or another, prefer to date someone who’s already attached.
The site offers a discreet and secure online platform for its members - with discreet billing, and private photos so that members can choose who can see their face pictures. Pictures are checked for approval before they appear on the site - nudity, mobile phone pictures, and pictures showing more than one person are forbidden. Fortunately this means that most profile pictures are of good quality and actually show peoples' faces, rather than those all-too-common grainy, poor quality shots that have been taken from a bathroom mirror with a mobile phone camera.
Members can also control who sees their profile via their account settings. Profiles can be public, hidden completely (surf the site anonymously) or visible only to favorites. The “deactivate” option will remove a profile completely.
Victoria Milan is a pay site. Though there’s a free guest account, those using it will soon find their access is severely restricted until they upgrade. Free members can perform basic searches, send winks and create favorite lists - they can also view and rate other people’s profiles. Free members can’t send emails (neither to other free members nor paid members). They also can’t use the site’s advanced search system. There are two paid membership packages: basic and premium (with premium giving a few extra perks that members will need to weigh-up themselves). Premium member privileges include “profile booster” - which gives them a higher priority in searches. They also have access to 24hrs online support.
The site provides some articles and guides on the subject of infidelity as well as general online safety. There’s also a useful knowledge base and help section.
