This site and its sister sites
Love and Seek has 2 sister sites, Baby Boomer People Meet and Senior People Meet. They are all the same and although they state upon paid membership that you can cancel membership within 3 days they don't allow you to do so. I found scammers on each site. They generally start as "Hello Dear", tell you they are widowed with 1 child, usually a son and their wonderful wife died 8 years ago. You will see a very prosaic and lengthy profile which is as you said, "different from the others', and they will ask to communicate with you via email, usually yahoo, but sometimes hotmail. You will observe that although they have a profile picture, they hardly ever viewed yours. Report this as a concern and never give them you email address. Most of the men’s profiles didn't have pictures and many stated they were legally separated, not divorced.
