Bait and Switch

I admire Zoosk's web design and outlook, but why is it that when I receive notifications from them saying I have emails in my box and when I click on my mailbox, the letters quickly disappear and I'm asked to upgrade my membership? I don't like this bait and switch. Zoosk needs to improve its services and accessibility to interested users. We are all living frugally with the weak economy going on and deserve better breaks.

Empty, broken hearts don't need further frustrations. No one likes receiving an email from an agency saying there's this so-so who's interested in him or her and then clicks on the link only to be guided to a letter requesting for upgrading his or her membership. This crass commercialism is an insult to the time-honored traditions of love and romance. False names or identities are not an effective tool for companies to attract clients; such is a counterproductive move that only serves to turn off many people. Zoosk needs to drop its bait and switch method and let the natural and genuine happen, let new members who sign up for trial membership have breaks and try out its system in order to appreciate what it can offer.

Trial memberships? If only. Might have saved me $75 for 6 mos. Welcome to America. ;)
